Franco Basaglia is one of the most important psychiatrists of the 20th century. The book was published by Lint in the occasion of 30th anniversary of the 180/78 law, a revolution for the medical speciality in Italy.
The book is printed in three colors, with a sober page-layout (only for image captions, the orange spot color was used in a uncoventional way).
The black&white pictures from the period are by Gianni Berengo Gardin, Carla Cerati, Raymond Depardon, Claudio Ernè, Neva Gasparo, and others.
The typeface is TheSerif (designed by Lucas de Groot)
